The Holiday 5K & 10K takes place on December 20, 2025, in Akron, PA at Loyd H Roland Memorial Park, 221 N 11th St, Akron, PA 17501. The race is organized by US Road Running. All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race starts. The event has a course time limit of 2:00 hours.

The course is paved and uses a short out-and-back segment of 0.78 miles, creating a 1.56 mile out-and-back loop. The formats are:
- 5K: two repeats of the 1.56 mile out-and-back loop
- 10K: four repeats of the 1.56 mile out-and-back loop
