About the race
12Ks for the Holidays, billed as “The Merriest Race In Town,” returns to The Cedars on Old Canton Road in Jackson, Mississippi. Now in its sixteenth year, this charity race fundraiser supports the Good Samaritan Center’s Christmas Assistance program. The event offers a 12K Run, a 5K Run, a 5K Walk, plus a Virtual Run and a kid-friendly option, with routes winding through the historic Fondren neighborhood.
A special early perk includes a guaranteed T‑shirt for the first 300 runners and a free “I Ran With Santa” run for the first fifty children.
