5Knights 5K

The 5Knights 5K in Washington, New Jersey, is a Run/Walk benefiting Warren Tech’s cross‑country team. Held at Warren County Technical School, 1500 Route 57, the 5K course uses the XC team’s own route, featuring a couple of gentle hills, a mix of grass and pavement, and well‑marked paths. Participants enjoy scenic surroundings and a midway water station.

The event is hand‑timed, with no age‑ or gender‑based awards, emphasizing participation and fitness. Early registration is $20 (raceday $25), with shirt guarantees for registrations by October 5. Proceeds support the XC program.
