6 Hours of Power at General Butler State Park (Recreation Center) in Carrollton, Kentucky, is a Wolf Pack Adventures endurance event. Runners complete as many 5K loops as possible within a 6-hour window, with a minimum four-loop finish to officially complete the race. The course is a single 5K loop on trail, with about 440 feet of elevation gain, starting and finishing at the Recreation Center.
The park offers a family-friendly atmosphere with nearby lodge, golf, a lake, and hiking trails. Aid stations are at the Start/Finish before each loop, and results are based on total loops completed, crowning the champion who runs the most in the time limit.
