6 Hours of Power (John Bryan State Park)
The 6 Hours of Power at John Bryan State Park is a trail event in Yellow Springs, Ohio, held at the Lower Stone Shelter along the Little Miami River. Runners complete as many 5K loops as possible in six hours, with four loops required to finish; the winner has the most loops. The course is a single 5K trail loop with about 180 feet of elevation gain, on mixed terrain and marked with flags, cones, and arrows.
There is no water on the route; aid is available at Start/Finish before each loop. John Bryan Gorge offers views. Finishers receive a medal and race sticker; results are loop-based with sponsor products. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
