The 7K & 3K on the Runway takes place on October 18, 2025, at MOV Regional Airport in Williamstown, West Virginia. The event uses airport tarmac and taxiways and is described as a flat course. The program includes multiple distances:
- 7 KM (4.35 miles)
- 3 KM (1.86 miles) walk
- 1/4 mile kids race
- 100 yard kids dash
