Registration is limited to 2,000 participants. The event is part of the Peanuts Event Series and lists Make-A-Wish as its charitable partner. All registered participants receive a participant bib, a performance tech t-shirt, and an officially licensed finisher medal; the 5K/10K medal is described as a 4" die-cast Peanuts finisher snow globe.
Logistics and race details
The course is a flat, out-and-back route in Griffith Park; the 10K is a double loop of the 5K course. Course features include mile markers at each mile, one water station on the route (10K runners pass it twice), and bottled water at the finish. 5K/10K bibs include an RFID tag for timing and tracking. Strollers and walkers are permitted with instructions to start toward the back and stay to the right; the Snoopy Kids Dash allows one parent or guardian to escort a child and permits strollers. Packet pickup is handled through Road Runner Sports in Studio City. There is no event-day gear check. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
