Acuity Eye 5k
The Acuity Eye 5k is a running event held in Commerce Township, Michigan, starting at Commerce Township Hall. The course features scenic DDA trails composed of pavement and crushed asphalt, winding through marshlands near Martin Parkway. The race offers exciting prizes, including Ray-Ban sunglasses for male and female winners, age group sunglass medals, and a $100 Acuity Eye Care gift card for anyone who beats the local optometrist.
All race proceeds are donated to Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), supporting eye care in developing countries. A kids' dash is also available for children aged 0-10.
