BTC Adam's Heart Runs takes place on Saturday, January 31, 2026. The Birmingham Track Club hosts the event at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, Alabama. The course is held entirely on paved roads and is not a trail race. All distances are chip timed.

Entry, fees and race-day items
Registration prices listed by the organizer are $35 for the 5k, $40 for the 10k, and $45 for the 10-mile. Registration opens December 1, 2025 at 12:00am CST. Current Birmingham Track Club members receive a discounted entry. The event is part of the BTC Race Series; bundle registrants are registered for this race as part of that series.
Organizers provide a gender-neutral, long-sleeve Sport-Tek shirt to registrants; registration by January 17 is required to be guaranteed a shirt. The organizer notes the shirts run a little big. 10-mile finishers receive a custom dog tag finisher medal. Post-race snacks will be available for families and free race photos will be posted online courtesy of MRuns. Sponsors include TherapySouth and Andrews Sports Medicine.
