About the race
Akash Wine Run 5k is a chip-timed 5k run/walk at Akash Winery & Vineyards in Temecula, California. Participants receive a soft-ring spun cotton T-shirt, a collapsible, shatterproof wine glass, a finisher medal, and a race bib, with results posted online. The finish line includes a pour of wine, creating a festive winery atmosphere.
The official course map will be posted soon. Packet pickup is on race day. A local charity partner, Barks of Love, supports animal welfare in Southern California.
Age-group awards recognize top finishers; minors are welcome with a discounted registration and different swag. Family-friendly event with wine for adults. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
