All for Abs 5K Color Dash

The 2025 All for Abs 5K Color Dash is a vibrant running event held at Paper District Marina in Sandusky, Ohio. This eighth annual race honors Abigail Bastien, a passionate runner and 2016 Sandusky Central Catholic graduate. The 5K features color stations where participants are doused with colorful powder, creating a festive and energetic atmosphere.

Each runner receives a race t-shirt and color powder. Proceeds support the Abigail Bastien Scholarship Fund, awarding scholarships to local student athletes.
