Alpha Games

Alpha Games is a team-based fitness competition in Westfield, New Jersey. Two-person teams tackle a sequence of workouts: 1000-meter Ski Erg, 60 dumbbell thrusters (men 25 lb, women 15 lb), 80-calorie air bike, 50 med-ball sit-ups (14 lb), 1000-meter row, 60 burpees, and a 1-mile Skillmill run. Waves of 15–20 teams launch every 15 minutes.

The event aims for a festival-like atmosphere with a stage, DJ, MC, vendors, finish-line photos, and a recovery area, plus custom finisher medals for all finishers.
