Alton Miles for Meso 5K Race
The 17th Annual Alton Miles for Meso is a 5K race and 3K fun run/walk held in historic Alton, Illinois on Sept. 20, 2025. The event offers in-person and virtual participation, inviting runners and walkers to support mesothelioma awareness.
Registrants receive a custom participation medal, a long-sleeve moisture-wicking T-shirt, and a race bag; in-person 5K runners are eligible for cash prizes and age-group medals. Virtual participants can share photos and join conversations using #MilesForMeso. Presented by Simmons Hanly Conroy and coordinated by the Metro Tri Club, proceeds benefit the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization, continuing a multi-year fundraising effort.
