Amanda's Race 5K

Amanda's Race 5k is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026 in Wilson, NC at 500 Sunset Road, ZIP 27893. The event is the 12th annual running and rolling event and includes a 5K distance. The race is held to benefit an individual needing medical care. Chip timing is provided by Run The East, LLC. The event will take place rain or shine. Water will be provided on site.

Registration and race details

Registration opens January 3, 2026. Entry fees are $30 for regular registration and $35 for day-of registration. T-shirts are included for participants who register by April 11; no extra shirts will be ordered after that date. The use of headphones during the race is discouraged. Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and rollerblades are not permitted on the course. Strollers are permitted, with stroller users asked to start at the back of the group.
