Angry Tortoise 50K

The Angry Tortoise 50K and 25K trail runs take place in the scenic flatwoods of Cary State Forest near Jacksonville, Florida. Celebrating its 13th anniversary in 2026, this event offers a flat course on forest roads, making it ideal for newcomers to ultra and trail running. Participants benefit from well-supported aid stations, a generous eight-hour cut-off time, and post-race lunch.

The race also features awards for various age groups and overall finishers, along with a cool race shirt and finisher awards.
