Apple Blossom 5K

The Apple Blossom 5K+ is a vibrant running event taking place in Saint Joseph, Missouri, featuring a variety of races including a traditional 5K run/walk, a Tandem Run, a Burden Run, and a Heavy Burden Run. Sponsored by BFit CrossFit, this event not only promotes fitness but also supports a charitable cause, benefiting the Sisters of Solace, an organization dedicated to helping women survivors of trauma and addiction. Participants will traverse a scenic 3.1-mile course, culminating in a festive atmosphere as it coincides with the annual Apple Blossom Parade.
