Applefest 15k Run/Walk

The Applefest 5k-10k-15k Run/Walk is an annual event held in Lebanon, Ohio, as part of the city's Applefest celebration. The races start near the outdoor pool pavilion at the Countryside YMCA. The 5k course is mostly flat, running along Deerfield Road sidewalks and local streets before finishing at the YMCA.

The 10k and 15k routes extend further along a bike trail, with the 15k covering the longest distance before returning to the finish line. The event offers multiple race options including youth and virtual runs. Participants receive an Applefest pin, and awards are given to the top three male and female finishers overall.
