The 62nd Annual Asbury Park Polar Bear Races take place on Saturday, December 27, 2025, in Asbury Park, NJ. The event center is the Asbury Park Convention Center, 1300 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ 07712. The race schedule on event day includes t-shirt and bib pickup, a one-mile run, a 5K run, and a 5K racewalk. General registration is listed as $35 for early registration and $40 for regular registration. Event-specific prices shown are:

Early bird bib pickup is scheduled for Friday, December 26, 2024, at The Outpost Running & Walking Co., 32 Church St., Little Silver, NJ.
Course and awards
The 5K course starts outside Convention Hall by Robinson Ale House, heads southbound for 1.55 miles, turns around in Bradley Beach, and returns to finish at Convention Hall in Asbury Park. The 1 Mile course starts at the same point, goes southbound for 0.5 mile, and returns to the finish. The course is described as narrow when leaving Asbury Park and on a section of the Bradley Beach boardwalk; participants are instructed to stay to the right going out and coming back.
Awards include commemorative T-shirts for the first 500 bib pickups, age-group awards in five-year groups, McLoone's gift certificates and/or gear for top open and masters 5K finishers, medals for all mile finishers, and a special award for top boys and girls in the mile.
