About the race
Based in Ashland City, Tennessee, about 20 minutes west of Nashville, the Ashland City Half Marathon starts and finishes at Riverbluff Park. The pancake-flat, USATF-certified loop course travels onto the Bicentennial Greenway and returns along the Cumberland River on Chapmansboro Road, offering a fast, scenic route ideal for time trials and tempo runs. Now in its sixth year, the event attracts local runners and showcases a supportive, small-town atmosphere.
A notable feature is a 3-hour course open window (as implemented in 2025) to keep the event inclusive. The race is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026. The start/finish is at Riverbluff Park, 175 Old Cumberland Street. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
