Atlantic Triathlon

The Atlantic Triathlon takes place at Rockaway Beach in Far Rockaway, New York, offering scenic ocean views and a smooth concrete boardwalk ideal for running and biking. The event features an individual triathlon with a 0.25-mile swim in the Atlantic Ocean, a 12-mile bike ride over two laps on the boardwalk, and a 3-mile run along the boardwalk. There is also an individual duathlon (3-mile run, 12-mile bike, 3-mile run) and a free duathlon registration for juniors and high school athletes aged 14-18.
