About the race
The AVFRD Harvest Blaze 5K Run, held in Ashburn, Virginia, is the Ashburn Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department's sixth annual race. The event starts and finishes at Dynasty Brewing Co. and features a 5K course plus a family-friendly Fun Run.
Afterward, participants join an on-site post-race party with food, drinks, music, and more. Proceeds support AVFRD operations and the Ashburn community. Registrants over 21 receive a beer ticket for the post-race celebration.
Packet pickup is at Dynasty Brewing Co. the day before and on race day. Awards go to the top overall male and female finishers.
