Baby Dragon

The Baby Dragon event, held at Vogel State Park in Blairsville, Georgia, features multiple trail races including a 100-mile ultra, a 40-mile race, and a 40-kilometer race called the Dragon Egg. The 100-mile race involves traversing the Duncan Ridge Trail multiple times, with a 50-hour cutoff, while the 40-mile race completes one lap of the course with a 22-hour limit. The 40K race is an out-and-back route to Mulky Gap, designed for runners not aiming for ultra distances, with no nighttime running allowed.

The course includes significant elevation gain but is less technical than other Dragon races. Support stations and hot food are available at key points. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
