Back to School Prayer 5k

The Back to School Prayer 5k is a community-focused run/walk event held at City of La Grulla Park in Rio Grande City, Texas. Scheduled for August 16, 2025, this 5-kilometer race features an out-and-back course starting and finishing at the intersection of Pvt. Lazaro Solis St.

and Pvt. Leopoldo Longoria St. The event aims to support students by praying for a safe, healthy, and faith-filled school year, fostering hope and community spirit.
