Backyard Ultra in New Town

Backyard Ultra in New Town is the first annual ultra to be held in Saint Charles, Missouri, at the New Town amphitheater (3246 Rue Royale St). The event centers on a 4.17-mile loop, with a last-person-standing format requiring runners to be back at the start within the next hour to begin the next lap. The course offers a supportive, community atmosphere with on-site bathrooms and refueling areas near the start/finish, plus nearby restaurants and cafés.

Each completed lap earns a commemorative patch noting distance and laps. A race-jar funds the prize for the winner with half donated to MSMDS charity.
