About the race
Backyard Ultra - Summit Trail Racing, in Marble Falls, TX, is a Last Person Standing ultramarathon inspired by Lazarus Lake. Runners complete a 4.1667-mile loop each hour, returning to the start within 60 minutes as long as more finishers remain. The day loop is a flat, wide 2.08-mile trail run twice to form the hourly loop; the night loop combines trail and road.
