The Baptist Health Big Bad Wolf 5k & 1 Mile Lil’ Piggy Run is a Paducah, KY event tied to Barbecue on the River weekend. The flat, fast course starts in downtown Paducah at the Paducah Bank main branch (555 Jefferson Street) and offers a 5K Run/Fitness Walk, a no-shirt option, and a 1 Mile Youth Run.
