Registration and logistics
Payment is due at the time of reservation. Early registration (ends 9/13/25) is $30 per person with no meal or $42 per person including a meal. Late registration (9/14/25 - 9/26/25) is $50 per person with no meal or $62 per person including a meal. The fee covers race entry, a day pass to the park, pre-race refreshments, and a keepsake fridge magnet. A meal pass is provided if the registration option that includes a meal is selected. Race day check-in takes place from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. First-time visitors, or those who have not visited Oaklake Trails in more than one year, must call to complete a background check and onboarding before arrival.
