Barn Creek Backyard Ultra - Jamestown, TN (Nov 7, 2025)
Barn Creek Backyard Ultra is a Last Man Standing style backyard ultra held in Jamestown, Tennessee at 1641 Les Franklin Rd S on private property adjacent to Colditz Cove State Natural Area. The course is a 4.167 mile out-and-back that starts at r3 motoworx, runs through woods, crosses Barn Creek via a bridge, and follows a mix of gravel, road, and trail. Elevation gain on the course is under 300 feet. The event follows official backyard ultra rules; the winner is the last person to complete a loop and each loop completed within the allowed time counts toward a runner’s distance.
Facilities, aid, and awards
Runners may set up a tent along the start/finish corral; crew vehicles are not allowed in the crew tent area after setup. Camp sites, RV sites, and tent camping are available by reservation. The main aid station is next to the start corral and will provide warm food, water, drinks, and port-a-potties. Runners who complete 100 miles receive a belt buckle.
