Basca Cape Abilities 5k

Orange Park, Florida hosts the BASCA Cape ABILITIES 5K/1 Mile Fun Walk, now in its 13th year. The family-friendly event supports BASCA’s services for adults with intellectual and developmental differences. Participants can Run, Walk or Roll along a scenic 3.1-mile 5K course or choose a 1-mile Fun Run through historic Orange Park.

The event features chip timing and finish-line photos for both distances, plus a commemorative T-shirt and finisher medal. A Cape Contest adds fun with categories like Most Creative Cape, Best Youth Cape, and Best Team Cape.
