Event details
The Baseline Blitz 5k Run/Walk is an annual community event held on October 12, 2025, at Novi Wildcats Stadium in Novi, MI. The event includes the following races:
- 5k Run/Walk - Novi Educational Foundation
- 5k Run/Walk - Northville Educational Foundation
- 1/4 mile Kids Dash (open to ages 12 and under; non-timed)
The two school foundations partner for the event and proceeds go to the Novi Educational Foundation and the Northville Educational Foundation. The 5k is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Awards are given for overall male and female winners, overall masters (40+), and first place in age groups including 12 and under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Logistics and extras
Place: Novi Wildcats Stadium, 24062 Taft Rd, Novi, MI 48375. Parking is available at Novi High School via the athletic entrance off Taft Road. Packet pickup and day-of registration are race day only and take place inside the Novi Wildcats Stadium.
Registration pricing and extras: 5k registration tiers and kids dash fees vary by date; a 10% family discount applies when three or more household members register together. Participants registered by September 28 are guaranteed a race t-shirt in available sizes. The event includes finishers medals, commemorative bibs, a Most Spirited award, and a free Baseline Blitz tailgate before the Novi vs. Northville football game.
