Logistics and policies
Packet pick-up is available the day before the race at On the Run Clear Lake and on race morning on site. Registration is offered online and in person at packet pick-up and on race morning; in-person race-day registration fees are listed as $40 for the 5K and 10K and $25 for the Kids 1K. Participants may donate gently used shoes, nonperishable food, and paper goods at packet pick-up and on race day, with food donations directed to Cross Roads at Park Place.
Dogs are permitted to run with participants but retractable leashes are not allowed and runners are asked to keep clear of others. Weather and safety policies state the race will not be canceled for rain alone unless visibility makes conditions unsafe; lightning within 6 miles leads to repeated 30-minute postponements; a tornado warning triggers cancellation.
