Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP

The Bay Saint Louis Run+SUP is a unique combined running and stand-up paddleboarding event held in scenic Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, recognized as one of America's Best Coastal Small Towns. Hosted by the Bay Saint Louis Running Company, the fourth annual race features a 5K run along the beach sidewalk followed by a 1-mile stand-up paddleboard race parallel to the shore. Participants can compete individually or in a two-person relay team, with one teammate running and the other paddling.
