Be Fast 5k Run

BE FAST 5k Run & 1 Mile Walk takes place in Toledo at Promenade Park. The event offers a 5K run and a 1-mile walk to honor stroke survivors and their families. The course runs along the Maumee River waterfront through Glass City Metropark.

Proceeds (100% of registration, donations and raffle) go to The ProMedica Foundation Stroke Patient Assistance Fund, which covers medications, equipment, transportation, and living costs for stroke patients. Participants receive bib chip timing, a BE FAST Stroke 5k T shirt, snacks, a postrace meal, free stroke risk assessments including blood pressure screenings, educational materials, and access to a community resource fair, face painting, DJ, and photography.
