The Belfast Lions Club Ghostly Gallop is a Halloween-themed 5k held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Belfast, Maine (04915). This is the fifth annual running of the event. The start and finish are at Belfast Area High School. The meeting point is the lower parking lot of the high school. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes.
Course, registration and awards
The course weaves through downtown Belfast and returns to the high school to finish. Each participant receives a t-shirt at check in. Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers and to the top male and female finisher in each age group. The listed registration fee is $20 and registration closes October 24, 2025.
