Bengal Dash : Greensboro, NC
The Bengal Dash is a community running event held in April at Greensboro Day School, 5401 Lawndale Drive, Greensboro, NC 27455. The 5K course is USATF certified and the 5K run/walk is chip timed. The event offers limited event T-shirts; sizes are available while supplies last.

The kids' obstacle course is geared toward ages 5-12; older and younger children are also welcome. No strollers are allowed on the obstacle course. Racers in the fun run are grouped into age-appropriate heats, and parents are encouraged to run with their children. A discount is available for participants who register for both the 5K and the fun run. Registration for the listed events opens on December 31, 2025. Additional race information includes a 5K route map and an awards ceremony for 5K finishers; award recipients must be present to receive their award.
