Berrien.Life 5K

The Berrien.Life 5K is a family-friendly running event held in Berrien Springs, Michigan, featuring a 5K Run/Walk and a 1K Family Fun Run. The 5K course starts near the high school tennis courts, winds through downtown Berrien Springs and quiet backcountry roads, finishing inside the renovated Sylvester Stadium. The Family Fun Run follows a shorter route along Sylvester Avenue, also ending at the stadium.

The event offers a festive atmosphere with food trucks, music, emergency vehicle tours, inflatables, and games at the Family Fun Fest held at Sylvester Stadium.
