About the race
The Big Bad Wolfe Run, held in Columbus, Ohio, is a multi-distance running event featuring a 20-mile run, 10-mile run/walk, 5K run/walk, a kids' run of approximately 200 meters, and a new 1K run/walk for all ages. The race takes place on the paved Alum Creek Trail, offering a smooth asphalt course rather than a trail run. Participants receive finisher medals and quality swag, including a full-zip lifestyle hooded sweatshirt.
The event celebrates the local legend of Little Red and encourages runners to wear red. It is part of the RUNColumbus Race Series and supports the Best Buddies in Ohio nonprofit. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
