About the race
Big Door Vineyards hosts the Big Door Wine Run Turkey Trot 5k in White, Georgia. The race features a cross-country style, two-lap course starting and finishing at the winery, with uneven footing but suitable for runners and walkers. Participants enjoy a Thanksgiving-themed experience with a pour of wine at the finish, plus a soft T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, and a wine-glass-shaped finisher medal.
It is chip-timed by J3 Timing with online results and includes a race bib and post-race photos. Parking at Sutallee Baptist Church with a shuttle to the winery; charity partner The Great Lake Allatoona Clean Up. Age-group awards; minors welcome with a discounted registration; dogs not allowed.
