Big Red Chair Sprint Triathlon

Big Red Chair Sprint Triathlon and 5k Race is a multisport event in Saint Cloud, Florida, held at the Chris Lyle Aquatic Center. The Sprint Triathlon comprises a 400-yard pool swim, a 12-mile bike ride, and a 5k run. A separate 5k race is also offered.

Participants receive a bib, finisher’s medal, and an event photo, with official results posted online. Awards are given to the top five men and women in the triathlon and the top three in the 5k.
