The Bighorn Trail Run is a remote, rugged ultra in the Bighorn National Forest of Wyoming, spanning the Little Bighorn and Tongue River drainages. It features multiple distances: 18, 32, 52, and 100 miles, offering a tough option for varied experience levels. The course is out-and-back and highly technical, with more than 20,000 feet of total ascent and descent (about 20,500 ft up and 20,750 ft down), 76 miles of single-track, plus jeep and gravel road segments.

Runners encounter extreme mountain weather and wildlife, supported by a crew of volunteers. Features include Mile 90 photos and finish celebration in Dayton. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
