Black-eyed Pea 5K

Black-eyed Pea 2025 Fun Run & 5K sponsored by UT Health East Texas returns to Athens, Texas, at the Cain Center YMCA (214 Loyola Dr). The lineup includes a timed 5K for adults, a Family Fun Run around 1K for all ages, plus youth events: a 5K for youth 12 & Under and a Youth Family Run. The Greater Athens Chamber of Commerce promotes a family-friendly, cooler autumn atmosphere and introduces new medal categories, with free T-shirts for every participant.
