Refund and transfer rules: no refunds are issued within 30 days of the event. Requests made earlier than 30 days may receive a 50% refund of the entry fee, excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another year. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee; t-shirt size cannot be changed during transfer.
