Blue Heron 10K

The Blue Heron 10K is a scenic trail race set in the stunning Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area, taking place on May 17, 2025. This challenging 6.1-mile course features an elevation gain of 1,023 feet and offers breathtaking views, including waterfalls and sandstone bluffs. Limited to 100 runners, participants can register for $45 until April 30, with a price increase thereafter.
