Blue Sky Trail Marathon
The Blue Sky Trail Marathon & Half Marathon, held in Fort Collins, Colorado, offers a scenic and challenging trail running experience through Horsetooth Mountain Park and Devil’s Backbone Open Space. The marathon covers 26.7 miles with 3,500 feet of elevation gain, while the half marathon spans 13.4 miles with 1,800 feet of elevation gain. The course features 100% dirt terrain, predominantly on Colorado singletrack trails, ranging from smooth paths to technical rock gardens, with some dirt road and gravel sections.
