Bobcat Scorcher

The Bobcat Scorcher 5K is an annual running event held in Bluffton, South Carolina, starting and finishing at Bluffton High School. The 14th edition takes place on August 2, 2025, featuring a smooth and fast road course with scenic views. Open to all ages, the race supports the Bluffton High School Cross Country Team and benefits the Grace Sulak Scholarship Foundation and the Scorcher Senior Student Scholarship Fund.

Participants receive tri-blend race shirts (for the first 200 registrants) and custom medals are awarded to overall and age group winners. Packet pickup is available the day before the race at Palmetto Running Company in Bluffton. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
