Boilerman Triathlon
Boilerman Triathlon is an annual Olympic-distance race hosted by the Purdue Triathlon Club, held at White Oaks Campground on the banks of Lake Freeman in Monticello, Indiana. The course includes a 1500-meter swim, a 40-kilometer bike, and a 10-kilometer run. Open to athletes 18 and older, the event also serves as the Mid-East Collegiate Conference (MECTC) championship, awarding double points toward conference standings and USAT Collegiate Nationals eligibility for participating collegiate athletes.
Race options include an Individual Olympic Triathlon, a Collegiate Olympic Triathlon, and two 2-3 person Relay events (Olympic and Collegiate). Team registration is handled per-member; the first registrant pays and creates the team name, with others joining for free. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
