Bolt for the Heart 5K

Bolt for the Heart: Thanksgiving Day 5K is the 14th annual, family-friendly running event in Carmel, Indiana, held on Thanksgiving morning. The centerpiece is a 5K Run/Walk, with a virtual option, that supports placing automatic external defibrillators in law enforcement patrol cars to save lives. The race takes place in Carmel (ZIP 46032) and provides a course map for planning.

An optional Play for Jake track includes a 1/4 zip shirt, a tshirt, and a donation component. An overall emphasis on community participation, fundraising, and AED awareness.
