About the race
The Boney Mountain Trail Run is a scenic trail running event held in the Santa Monica Mountains, starting at Rancho Sierra Vista | Satwiwa National Park in Newbury Park, California. It features a challenging half-marathon course that includes creek crossings, single-track climbs, and stunning ocean views, making it one of the most beautiful trail runs in the area. There is also a shorter, action-packed 7k course through Sycamore Canyon beneath Boney Mountain’s rocky peaks.
