Book It!

Located in Parish, NY 13131, the 5th Annual Book It! 5K runs from Union Street near the Parish Fire Station to the Parish Public Library at 16 Union Street. This 5K Run/Walk benefits the Parish Public Library. The event embraces a Halloween-themed Costume Run, with costumes encouraged and dogs on leashes welcome.

A Chicken BBQ fundraiser follows on Oct. 26 at the Parish Public Library grounds, with tickets sold in advance or at the door, supporting library programs. Early registration is $25 through 10/10 (shirt included); after that, $30.
