The Brattleboro Turkey Trot takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in Brattleboro, VT. The free, annual race has been held since 1977 and features a classic 3-mile course on Upper Dummerston Road. The start and finish are near the Brattleboro Country Club at 348 Upper Dummerston Rd.

Logistics
The event is entirely volunteer-run and supported by donations. Registration is required to receive a bib and official timing; race-day registration is available online only. Check-in and bib pickup occur Thanksgiving morning from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. The field can exceed 300 participants and the Country Club parking lot may be busy. Strollers are allowed; dogs are not permitted. The road will remain open during the race, so participants are asked to keep to the left and be aware of traffic.
